19th century Meissen grouping of musical couple with a pug.  Both figures seated on a settee, woman playing a mandolin, the man plays a flute, as a pug plays between them.  Blue crossed swords w/ pommels on bottom, c.1864-1900, originally modeled by J.J. Kandler in 1743, overall good condition with typical minor losses that include, end of flute, pinky, hair ribbon, 5 7/8″ H x 9 1/4″ W x 5 1/4″ D.
